Booking policy

Thank you for choosing Hōra London. We are delighted to have you join us and look forward to offering you a multi-sensory experience that celebrates food, heritage, and creativity. Kindly review the following details to ensure your visit with us is seamless and enjoyable.

Reservation & Timing

To ensure we craft the perfect experience for you, we hold your table for 15 minutes from your booking time. If you anticipate being late, please reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate you, ensuring your journey through Hōra remains uninterrupted.
If you're marking a special occasion, we are happy to welcome a cake to enhance your experience (subject to prior notification and delivery details). Please note there is a cakeage fee of £7 per person, ensuring your celebration is a memorable one.

Dress Code

Our dress code is smart-elegant, so we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing sportswear, beachwear, flip-flops, baseball caps, and shorts. We aim to create an atmosphere that reflects the artistry and elegance of our space.

Age Policy

At Hōra, we warmly welcome guests of all ages to experience our sensory journey. We strive to ensure that every visit is meaningful for each member of your family. Children are welcome to dine with us until 19:00, which is the last seating for guests under 18. By 21:00, all guests in the venue must be over 18 years old. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you and your loved ones.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we require credit card details to secure your reservation. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will incur a charge of £ 40.00 per person. 

Cancellation Policy With Deposit

We require a deposit to confirm your booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event date. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We recommend confirming your booking as soon as possible to secure your desired date and time.
